  • He secured three sacks, 77 tackles (ten for losses), two forced fumbles, one interception, and one blocked kick as a senior at the University of Arizona.
  • After his senior year at the University of Arizona, Antonio Pierce went undrafted in the 2001 NFL Draft as he was considered too undersized to play linebacker in the NFL by many NFL scouts.
  • In 2001, the Washington Redskins signed him as an undrafted rookie free agent. He went on to play in all 16 games as a rookie and recorded 52 tackles, one sack, and one interception.
  • On March 3, 2005, he was signed by the New York Giants to start at middle linebacker.
  • Antonio Pierce recorded a career-high 138 tackles (109 solo), a sack, an interception, and defended eight passes in 2006.
