Darryl Strawberry is an American author and former professional baseball player who established himself as an exceptional player on the field, but was also frequently in the news for his personal scandals. Throughout his career, he played for renowned teams such as the New York Mets (1983–1990), Los Angeles Dodgers (1991–1993), San Francisco Giants (1994), and the New York Yankees (1995–1999).

He has admitted to having a s*x addiction while playing and revealed that he would routinely have s*x between the innings of his MLB games.
Darryl was featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated a total of 7 times; out of which one appearance was alongside Don Mattingly, and the other alongside Dwight Gooden.
He helped the New York Mets become World Series Champion in 1986 and was crucial in helping the New York Yankees win 2 World Series Championships in 1996 and again in 1999.
Strawberry holds the distinction of being voted to the All-Star Game 8 times consecutively from 1984 to 1991.
