Theatre
Maya S. Krishnan is a resident actor with Little’s Theatre Group in New Delhi. Prior to her entry into Tamil cinema, Maya worked with Jayakumar, a senior artist from Koothuppattarai, in many theatre workshops. As a member of the Perch Theater Group, she frequently travels to different cities in India to perform “Kira Kozhambu” alongside Ravindra Vijay and Anand Sami. The play showcases only three actors and a bench and is based on Ki. Rajanarayanan’s anthology of short stories called “Nattuppura Kadhai Kalanjiyam.”
