She made her international debut in 2015 by walking the runway for Nicolas Ghesquière’s show for Louis Vuitton’s Cruise 2016.

Pooja courted controversy in 2014 after she took part in a photoshoot titled ‘The Wrong Turn’ based on the theme of the 2012 Delhi Gang Rape. The photoshoot was criticized from all quarters for glamorizing the horrific incident (that led to the death an Indian medical student) and even the victim’s parents demanded a ban of the photos.

She has graced the covers of numerous magazines such as Vogue Italia, Vogue India, Verve, Harper’s Bazaar India, Numéro China, Simon, Vogue Arabia, just to name a few.

One thing that most people don’t know about her is that Pooja is trained to fly a plane.
