Pragnya Ayyagari was born on Sunday, 10 February 2002 (age 20 years; as of 2022) in Hyderabad. Her zodiac sign is Aquarius. She did her schooling at St.Andrews School, Hyderabad. Later, she pursued a course in fashion design at the International Institute of Fashion Design, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. Pragnya Ayyagiri came from a family where the majority of relatives were working in corporate jobs; however, she aspired to become a model. In an interview, she talked about her family background and said,
I come from a conservative family where a corporate job is the conventional career path. And it took me a long time to gather my courage and vocalise my passion for modelling. After two years of debating and assuring them of my sense of clarity towards my dreams, now my parents believe in my dreams and are supportive. I’m grateful for everything they’re doing.”
She was fascinated by modelling since childhood. According to Pragnya, when she was thirteen years old, she started watching beauty pageants and was significantly inspired by them.
