Reshma began her career with a television reality program Dance Jodi Dance 2.0 with Raghav on Zee Tamil. Reshma made her acting debut with the comedy television mini-series Madras Meter Show in 2019. She later played a significant role as Shakthi Shiva, an inferior middle-class worker in the television series Poove Poochudava. In 2021 She got featured as Abhirami in the television series Abhi Tailor in 2021.
