Sagarika Ghose studied at Delhi Public School, R. K. Puram (often referred to as DPS R. K. Puram or RKP) located in the South Delhi district of New Delhi. After that, she got enrolled at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi (a constituent college of the University of Delhi) and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history.
She received the Rhodes Scholarship (an international postgraduate award for students to study at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom) in 1987 and earned a Bachelor’s in Modern History from Magdalen College and an M.Phil. from St Antony’s College, Oxford.
