Republican voters in South Carolina will vote today in the presidential primary, choosing between former President Donald Trump and former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley. The state has 50 delegates at stake. Polls close at 7 p.m. ET. As a former governor of the state, Haley has hoped to parlay her success in twice winning elections there to propel her over Trump. But polling has found a race with little competition and Trump holding a sizable advantage going into Election Day. Five other candidates will also appear on the ballot, including two Republicans who have already withdrawn from the race.
