Subhadrakumari Chauhan has been awarded with several big awards for her amazing writing skills. He has been bestowed with many accolades for his famous compositions ‘Bikhre Moti’ and ‘Mukul’. The Indian Coast Guard has named a newly appointed Coast Guard ship in honor of Subhadra Kumari Chauhan on 28 April 2006.
Apart from this, on 6 August 1976, the Indian Postal Service Department also issued a postage stamp of 25 paise in honor of Subhadra Kumari Chauhan. On 6 August 1976, a postage stamp named after him was also released at the Indian Post Office.
