Videsh Anand made his debut as an actor in the Tamil film industry in 2019. In 2021, he played the role of young Lakshmikanthan in the film ‘Mathil’ (2021). The adult version of the character was played by K. S. Ravikumar in the film.

The following year, he appeared in the film ‘Gingee,’ starring Ganesh Chandrasekhar. His performance as young A. R. Kannabiran (originally played by Suriya) in the film ‘Etharkkum Thunindhavan’ (2022) received immense appreciation from the audience. He has acted in a few more Tamil films such as ‘Varalaru Mukkiyam’ (2022), ‘Yaanai’ (2022), and ‘Taanakkaran’ (2022).
