In 2014, Maham made her acting debut with the Urdu-language TV show ‘Doosri Biwi’ in which she appeared in a supporting role of Fouzia. She appeared in many popular Pakistani dramas including ‘Unsuni’ (2015), ‘Teri Meri Jodi’ (2015-16), ‘Babul Ka Angna’ (2016), and ‘Roshni’ (2016). In ‘Roshni,’ she played the titular role which was based on the theme of women empowerment.

In 2017, Maham appeared as Noshi in the sitcom ‘Ready Steady Go.’ Her performance in the show was highly praised by critics.
