In 1987, he debuted with the Hindi film ‘Jawab Hum Denge’ in which he played the role of Kulkarni.

In the same year, he lent his voice to a rich man in the Hindi translation of the Kannada film titled ‘Pushpak,’ which was a silent film. In 1989, he played the role of Iqbal in the Hindi crime drama film ‘Parinda.’ In 1989, he played the role of a drunkard in the Hindi film ‘Rakhwaala.’ He appeared as an orphanage manager in the Hindi film ‘Dhartiputra’ released in 1993. The film was released in 2018 in which he played the role of Sarpanch.
